Judd Kirk brings an extraordinary breadth of skills and experience to his position as President of Port Blakely Communities.

He has a degree in Finance, a law degree from Harvard, and served for 16 years as head of the real estate department at the Seattle law firm of Davis, Wright, Tremaine.

Beginning in 1986, while President of Skinner Development Company, Judd developed the Carillon Point multi-use project on waterfront property in Kirkland, Washington.

After joining Port Blakely Communities in 1990, he guided the vision of Issaquah Highlands through the complicated entitlements process and on to the design, marketing and build-out of the full project.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of the Cascade Land Conservancy. In addition, he is past President of the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce and the University of Washington Alumni Association.
